Few employees can say, “I love what I do,” but employees at BAYADA Home Health Care seem to be the few that honestly and genuinely can. From employee surveys and testimonials, “I love what I do” was, simply, a pervasive message. In an effort to position BAYADA as an employer brand, aajdesign built a campaign around these personal words, supported with the Company’s collective tagline, “We love what we do.” This positioning approach has been met with positive results both internally and externally and has reinforced BAYADA as a true employer brand.
